My name is Hayley and I’m the Centre Manager at the Citadel. I started the job role on November 1st 2022, however I did introduce, set up and run the Counselling service from February 2017.
I’m a qualified Counsellor working integritevly under the person centred approach.
I’m a mindfulness practitioner , IEMT practitioner, Cbt training and qualified Clinical supervisor.
I’ve worked with adults, children and families throughout Lancashire.
Being born and bred in colne I have experienced a lot about the community and try to work in accordance to the needs and wants of it.
My name is Jolene and I’m the Assistant Centre Manager at the Citadel. I started the job role on March 1st 2023, however I did introduce myself to citadel and some of the service users when I began volunteering in November 2022 and quickly grew to learn Colne Citadel was a close to feeling at home within myself.
I’m a qualified swimming teaching within the heart of pendle leisure, also qualified lifeguard. I have worked with in the care sector since 2006, ranging from a support worker, care assistant, therapeutic coordinator, team leader as children’s practitioner, working integrity under the person-centred approach, diversity and liability, GDPR and safeguarding framework.
